What is the shipping timeline for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping takes between 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your unit has shipped.
What kind of flour can I use?
We recommend using high-quality whole wheat atta from brands tested by our team for the best results. The machine features specific settings for various popular flour brands to ensure perfect texture and puffing.
Does the Rotimatic come with a warranty?
Yes, every Rotimatic comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. We also offer extended protection plans for additional peace of mind.
Is the machine easy to clean?
Maintenance is simple. The Rotimatic has two removable, dishwasher-safe parts that come into contact with the dough. The rest of the machine can be wiped down with a damp cloth.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unit in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to our restocking fee and terms.
